VAT ONLY SERVICE

Every estate agent should be VAT Registered to maximise their revenue.
When you first register for VAT you can reclaim up to the last 6 months VAT you have paid from your business.

If you’re not already VAT registered then we can do this for you. All of our services are quoted without VAT, so you will be able to reclaim it.

Our VAT Only Service also includes your own Quickbooks account as part of the setup.

It’s important to note that our VAT Only Service is NOT an accounting package. Unless you have accounting experience yourself, you will need additional accounting services to deal with your book keeping, year end accounts, personal tax return and corporation tax return.

When you’re ready, you can upgrade to any of our accounting packages easily, at any time.
